ABOUT THE PROJECT
Gleason Construction served as general contractor for the expansion and renovation of the Devils Lake Regional Airport terminal. The completed project doubled the terminal to 12,000 square feet, improving passenger flow, comfort, and airline operations.
Major improvements included an expanded passenger waiting area and secure holding area, additional airline storage space, a new passenger boarding bridge, and a new baggage carousel.
Maintaining uninterrupted airport service was a central priority throughout construction. Through careful planning, phasing, and coordination, the terminal remained open and fully operational for the duration of the project. The completed expansion provides a more efficient and welcoming gateway for Devils Lake and the surrounding Lake Region.
