ARCO Fueling Station

ABOUT THE PROJECT

Located east of Devils Lake along Highway 2, the ARCO Fueling Station project included a fuel service facility, bait shop, convenience store, and an expansive 91,000-square-foot concrete parking area. Gleason Construction placed approximately 1,700 cubic yards of concrete pavement to create a durable surface designed for the facility’s heavy daily use.

Using a design-build approach, our team developed a concrete paving solution that met the project’s performance requirements while remaining within the owner’s budget. The quality of the completed work earned Gleason Construction the 2010 North Dakota Ready Mix Award for Concrete Paving!
