ABOUT THE PROJECT

The Western State Bank Administration Office renovation consisted of a comprehensive interior and exterior remodel of the existing facility, along with a 3,000-square-foot addition to accommodate the relocation of Western Equipment Finance.

The 8,600 square-foot project included a new masonry façade, white aluminum-framed window systems, updated roofing, interior finish renovations, and brand new concrete parking lots.  Interior spaces were reconfigured to improve operational functionality while providing a modernized environment for employees and customers.
