ABOUT THE PROJECT

Western State Bank partnered with Gleason Construction to renovate and expand its administration office in Devils Lake, North Dakota. The project transformed the existing facility through a comprehensive interior and exterior remodel, along with a 3,000-square-foot addition to accommodate the relocation of Western Equipment Finance.

The completed 8,600-square-foot facility features a new masonry façade, white aluminum-framed windows, updated roofing, renovated interior finishes, and new concrete parking areas. Interior spaces were reconfigured to improve workflow and create a modern, functional environment for employees and visitors.

Completed in August 2025, the project gave the existing building a cohesive new appearance while supporting Western State Bank’s continued growth in the Lake Region.
